Our signature Highland cattle experience.
You'll arrive a few minutes early, and one of us — Jason or Larissa — will meet you at the gate. After a short welcome and safety briefing, we'll walk together to meet Axel and Dusty.
From there, there's no script. You'll spend proper time with them — brushing them, learning their personalities, hearing the story of the breed and this property, and taking as many photos as you like.

Every visit is a little different
While every experience includes quality time with our Highland boys, the exact setting may vary between the paddock, the barn or the cattle yard, depending on the weather and what's best for Axel and Dusty on the day. We believe the best experiences happen when our animals are relaxed and comfortable, so their wellbeing will always come first.
Why our Highlands aren't fed by every visitor
Axel and Dusty aren't conditioned to expect food from every visitor they meet. Instead, we spend time handling and working with them ourselves so they're relaxed, confident and comfortable around people simply because they trust the experience. It means every interaction feels natural, unhurried and authentic — for both you and the boys.
