Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change.

More than 24 hours before your session

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know more than 24 hours before your scheduled experience. We'll happily provide you with either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your visit to another available date.

Within 24 hours of your session

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled experience are non-refundable.

Weather or animal welfare cancellations initiated by us

Full refund or a new date, your choice. The safety of our guests and the wellbeing of our Highlands always come first. We'll always communicate openly with you and work together to find the best solution — we want you to feel looked after, not inconvenienced.
