The Damside Experience — Booking Terms
By booking The Damside Experience, you agree to the following:
The experience
The Damside Experience is a guided, approximately 45-minute visit with our Highland cattle, led personally by Jason or Larissa, for a maximum of 4 guests per session.
Pricing
$150 covers up to 2 guests; additional guests are $25 each, to the 4-guest maximum. Prices are shown in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment through our booking system. A confirmation email will follow immediately with your session details and everything you need to know before you arrive.
Waiver
All guests (or a parent/guardian for minors) must complete our waiver before the session begins. This is a straightforward acknowledgment of visiting a genuine rural property, interacting with large animals, and walking across natural terrain — not a warning sign.
Treating the property, animals, and each other with respect
We ask all guests to treat our property, our animals and each other with respect so everyone can enjoy the experience.
Accessibility
If you have accessibility requirements or specific concerns, please contact us before booking at hello@damsidehighlands.com.au. If we can make the experience work safely, we'll do everything we reasonably can. If we don't think it's the right fit, we'll always be honest with you about that rather than let you find out on the day.
Cancellations and rescheduling
See our Cancellation Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.
Right to refuse or reschedule
We reserve the right to refuse entry, end a session early, or reschedule a booking where we believe it necessary for the safety of guests, staff, or animals — including for behaviour, weather, or property conditions on the day.
Photography
Photography/video consent is entirely separate from these terms and from the waiver — see our Privacy Policy. Declining has no effect on your booking or your visit. Guests are always welcome to take their own photos and videos throughout.
Location
Damside Highlands is a private property in Goomboorian, Queensland. The exact address is provided only after a booking is confirmed and is not to be shared publicly.
Liability
Governed by our separately executed waiver, completed as part of your booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
